التجمع الوطني للتحرير والتغيير يُعدّ واحدة من أبرز وأكبر قوى المعارضة العراقية، حيث يتجاوز عدد مؤيديه ومنظميه الفعليين عن عدة ملايين مواطن عراقي، منتشرين في كافة أرجاء العراق، من أقصى شماله إلى أقصى جنوبه. يتمتع التجمع بقاعدة شعبية واسعة تضم جميع أطياف المجتمع العراقي، بغض النظر عن اختلافاتهم العقدية أو الثقافية أو البيئية. يشمل التجمع في صفوفه نخبةً متميزةً من أساتذة الجامعات، والخبراء، والمتعلمين، بالإضافة إلى شيوخ القبائل، ورؤساء العوائل الكبرى والمهمه، وممثلي مختلف شرائح القوة العاملة العراقية. هذا التنوع الغني يعكس طبيعة التجمع الشمولية، والتي تجعله قوةً وطنيةً حقيقيةً قادرة على تمثيل تطلعات الشعب العراقي بكل ألوانه وانتماءاته. يسعى التجمع الوطني للتحرير والتغيير إلى تحقيق تحول استراتيجي شامل في سياسة العراق، وإحداث تغيير جذري في أنظمة عمل دوائر الدولة. لا يقتصر هذا التغيير على قيادة الدولة فحسب، بل يمتد ليشمل طبيعة عمل الإدارات المحلية في المدن والقرى والأرياف، بالإضافة إلى إعادة هيكلة طريقة عمل وارتباط جميع دوائر الدولة. ليضمن شفافية ومحلية الأدارة وسرعة أتخاذ القرارات ومركزية المراقبة والتطوير .
The National Assembly for Liberation and Change is now one of the most prominent and significant Iraqi opposition forces, as its supporters and actual organization exceed several million Iraqi citizens, spread throughout all parts of Iraq, from its far north to its far south. The group enjoys a broad popular base that includes all segments of Iraqi society, regardless of their ideological, cultural, or environmental differences. Thanks to Dr. Jamal Mustafa's ability to influence and inspire others, his long-standing relationships with sheiks and heads of families, and the attractiveness of his unique personality. Today, the National Assembly includes a distinguished elite of university professors, experts, educated people, tribal sheiks, heads of significant families, and representatives of various segments of the Iraqi popular force. This rich diversity reflects the Assembly's comprehensive nature, which makes it a national force capable of representing the aspirations of the Iraqi people of all colors and affiliations.
